
Julia Jaffee
Special Events Manager
Julia grew up in New Jersey and developed a passion for live events and community engagement early on. She attended the University of South Carolina, studying Sport and Entertainment Management, where she gained hands-on experience in production, marketing, security, and social media—skills that built a strong foundation for her career in sports and event management.
After graduating, Julia joined the Binghamton Rumble Ponies as a Marketing and Promotions Assistant for the season. Her energy, organization, and ability to connect with fans quickly led to a full-time role as Director of Group Sales and Community Relations, where she coordinated group experiences, fostered partnerships, and managed community outreach initiatives.
Ready to take on a new chapter, Julia became a Special Event Coordinator with the St. Paul Saints. Over the next two seasons, she played an integral role in planning and executing a wide range of events, from large-scale festivals to community-focused gatherings. After two seasons, she was promoted to Special Events Manager, where she continues to create memorable experiences and strengthen connections between the organization and its partners.
